Registered Behavior Technician

Have you always loved working with children? Do you love to grow and constantly learn? Do you enjoy working in a collaborative and team environment? We are seeking individuals who have energy, enthusiasm, and a love for seeing children learn and grow. RBTs enjoy a fulfilling career, leadership opportunities, room to move up in the company and a fully benefitted program. RBTs are provided a set schedule and hours. RBT’s work one-on-one with clients under the direction of a BCBA, implementing programs, taking excellent data and making an impact in the lives of the children we work with.

BCBA Student/Supervisee

We love seeing the growth in this incredible field and are passionate about training the next generation of BCBAs. Through different programs such as a partnership with Mount Saint Mary’s, tuition discount/reimbursement after employment, and weekly supervision with our incredible BCBAS, we provide a well-rounded and diverse training experience for BCBA students. Internships

During an internship, a student can learn about ABA while getting guided, first-hand experience, and perhaps even end up with a job in the process! An intern may decide they love ABA so much that they opt to become a Registered Behavior Technician and earn extra money and valuable experience through graduation. Our son received therapeutic services through PLAN from age 5 to 9. From in-home services and TWIST to observing him in the classroom and their participation in the IEP process, we are incredibly grateful for the support he and our family received. We've seen marked growth in his executive functioning and social skills, so much so that he recently graduated from TWIST. Now, as parents, we continue to work with the staff to help him apply what he learned in the new situations he encounters at school, at home, and with friends.

In her years at PLAN, Harper learned how to speak, how to interact with other children, she was potty trained, she learned her numbers, her colors, her birthday, how to write her own name, the list goes on and on.
