In the past, PLAN offered in-home therapy but after seeing, and documenting, the progress of center-based therapy, we will never go back! It has been mind-blowing and truly incredible to watch our clients soar in center-based care. From a structured and enriched schedule to peer opportunities, center-based therapy just makes the most sense.

Your child does need an autism diagnosis to start, but we are happy to schedule a tour, review your insurance with you, and add your child to our new client pipeline while you are waiting for a diagnosis appointment.

The Plan Center is uniquely designed to meet the needs of our kids, with bright, airy spaces that encourage play, interaction, and functional behavior! Our high staff retention rates offer consistency and the opportunity for our teams to forge the bonds that make a difference with each child and their family. Children on the autism spectrum benefit from routines and a rich learning environment while allowing beneficial social interactions, play and promoting participation in group activities.

Absolutely not! At PLAN, we respect each individual child and their unique personality. We use their strengths to help work on their weaknesses. Additionally, because of the structure of our center, kids practice the skills in natural settings as soon as they learn them.

Yes! It is very important that families are part of their child’s ABA. Your BCBA will work with you to set up a training and meeting schedule to include observation and hands-on learning.

We embrace the natural light and open spaces that encourage our kids to play, learn, and interact. We love seeing the kids play outdoors and we spend time outside every day. Our center, based in a cozy, converted house, is truly a home for kids, family, and staff.

Additionally, PLAN has a whole child, arts-integrated approach with activities like music, art, yoga, karaoke, and kickball! We move back and forth between 1:1 therapy, targeting individual skills, and group activities where those skills are practiced. Children are much more motivated to play and dance with peers, and providing those opportunities makes a huge impact on how quickly children learn and use new skills and behaviors.

Absolutely! We encourage families to come to PLAN to see us in person. We want to ensure that there is a perfect fit all around. Schedule a tour now!

We work with most major insurance companies. We can, and do, work with self-pay families and can help you file claims on your own behalf. Don’t let insurance worries keep you from experiencing all that PLAN can offer your child!

We have two programs with two different schedules. Little Fox is full time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. TWIST is 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday and typically kids attend TWIST 3-4 days a week. We do not provide one day a week, ‘drop in’ social groups. Research and data has shown that ‘one day a week ABA’ does not lead to effective change and growth.

Parent and family involvement is a big part of our program. Parents and caregivers have meetings at least every other week to enable the sharing of data and programming. Additionally, parents will be invited into the center to observe skills for themselves.

PLAN is open 12 months a year. We do not take off for summers, or have extended closures, as the regression of skills and loss of time would be detrimental to progress. ABA is best delivered through continuous care.

Yes! We address the skills and behaviors that allow children to access academic materials, including fine motor skills, attention to tasks, independent completion, early reading skills and group behavior. Oftentimes, kids work on labeling (tacting) and include letters and numbers.

We do! Toileting is a developmental milestone that can be difficult to master. Our regular schedule, positive support, and experience with toileting helps promote success. Your child does not need to be potty trained to start at PLAN.

Every single one of our employees are certified, even our billing and operational staff. Our direct care staff are Registered Behavior Technicians, and our supervisors are both Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Licensed Behavior Analysts.

The bottom line - we truly LOVE what we do and have as much FUN learning as your child will each day.

But, hey, don’t take it from us, here’s what some of our families have to say about us:
